There can be a number of reasons why your elements are not downloading. Here are a few immediate things you can do for troubleshooting.

• Make sure you are clicking the correct buttons when downloading our elements. You can check out this article on ways to download your VFX elements. 
• Do not use mobile devices. We recommend that you download our elements on a desktop computer. 
• Try using a different web browser.
